A twin cylinder double acting slide valve engine typical of that used for powering marine craft up to the middle of last century. The engine is fitted with twin Stevensons reversing linkage making it both a practical engine and very impressive to watch in motion.
Only the drawings are available for this engine. This engine makes an ideal project for someone with a small lathe such as a Myford ML7, and the necessary hand tools.

The engine is constructed entirely without the use of castings - all components are profile cut or machined from solid. The drawings are fully detailed and easy to follow.

Purchase the drawings below and they will be sent to you by email within 8 hours - these are pdf files which can be viewed on any computer and printed onto A3 or A4 size sheets for in the workshop. Once you have viewed the drawings and decided that the project is for you then go ahead and purchase the profile component kit - they really save a lot of work with this engine!
